Q: Is a reservation required?
A: Yes. Please pre-book to avoid disappointment. A reservation will guarantee your place on the date of your choice. Prior to coming to our meeting point please contact us by phone or by emailing us on firstname.lastname@example.org
Q: How do I find your meeting point?
A: Our meeting pont is at Isaacs hostel, 2-5 frenchmans lane, Dublin 1.
We are a 5 minute walk from the spire on O'connell street. Please note* If there is no guide to meet you at the meeting point, please ask at reception for some assistance Click here for map.
Q: What is the seasonal timetable of Dublin city Bike Tours?
A:Dublin city bike tours runs daily from March to November. Please see homepage for timetable.

Q: What is our cancellation policy?
A: At Dublin City Bike Tours, we have a 48hr cancellation policy for all tour changes and cancellations (to avoid being charged for the tour).

Q: How long is the Tour?
A: The bike tour lasts 2-3 hours.

Q: Are the tours canceled in case of rain?
A: Dublin city bike tours runs rain of shine. We will provide rain jackets in the event of rain.
Please Note: If due to inclement weather or if deemed necessary, we will cancel the tour. In the event of rain prior to your tour, please contact us by phone or email for an update on the running of the tour before coming to the meeting point
Q: What is the minimum age to participate in this tour?
A: The minimum age is 15 with no exceptions.
Please Note: Strictly no expectant mothers.
Q: Is biking safe in Dublin?
A: Yes, Dublin has become much more bicycle friendly in recent years with more cycle paths being introduced on a weekly bases. However, with every physical activity there is an inherent risk involved. Our number one priority is our clients safety. Before we pedal into the sunset there will be a safety orientation and bicycle rundown. All clients are supplied with safety helmets and reflective belts. If Dublin city bike tours feels that a client is unsuitable for this tour we reserve the right to refuse participation.
Q: What form of payment is accepted?
A: We only accept cash.
Q: Who can sign up for our bike tour?
A: Anyone from the age of 16 upwards, as long as one can cycle a bike confidently.
Please Note: Dublin city bike tours will refuse any potential client participating if any of our guides feel that a client is not 100% sure on a bike. No exceptions. Strictly no expectant mothers
Q: Do I need to be fit to do this tour?
A: No, we have designed this bike tour with everyone in mind. As it is only 3 hours long, 5 miles in distance and mostly flat.
Q: What should I wear?
A: Wear comfortable clothing. Bring a rain jacket or we'll supply one as the weather can be quite changeable.
